| I just came home to find a termination notice for my water. I called the water company and I was told that everyone's water service will terminated tomorrow as we all share the same water meter. I asked , what can I do to stop my service from being interrupted and they said that Prime Builders Management were responsible and they had not paid the water and sewer bills. That is just one of the many misconceptions that these units are being leased under. We as well as all the other tenants were told that water and sewer was included. I've also heard from many other tenants that they are being charged late fees on their rent when their rent had been received by the third of the month, now most of us are paying to mail out our rent checks to be able to track the day that it was received. There are lots of pests, which they are not willing to exterminate and not to mention that these units are very cheaply done , which means that things fall apart and some are just not functioning from the beginning, and it will take weeks for anyone to return your call and then to get anyone to come fix it and when they do is a very sloppy job or they'll fix the wrong thing, then you go back trying to call someone to come back and fix whats broken, but they never do. The gym and club house are not open nor will it ever be, as we wore told. the pool is filled with unattended children with bikes, they jump in the water with their school clothes and shoes on and proceed to throw the pool furniture in and last but not least there all always unattended small children playing or riding their bikes on the street and they will run in front of your car.
